Michael  offers programs for groups as well as individual coaching sessions.  Both formats stress the concept of "learning by doing." Participants are  given as much time as possible to actually make a presentation, and  then to implement recommendations and adjustments.

The length, format, and structure of the group programs can be adapted and customized to a particular client's needs.
